Our Expert Team

Nnaziri Ihejirika
Founder & Principal Consultant
Nnaziri Ihejirika has several years of technical and management experience across the financial, manufacturing and energy sectors. In these roles, he has directed operations, engineering and project teams at some of the largest industrial facilities in Canada. He has also led audits, business improvement projects and energy management case studies that have resulted in the elimination of hundreds of thousands of tons of CO2 emissions annually, in addition to multi-million dollar operational cost savings.

Nnaziri has a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Toronto and is a licensed professional engineer in the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Alberta. This is supported by his project management professional (PMP) and Six Sigma green belt designations. He also has an MBA specializing in strategy and energy management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) in Vienna, Austria and is an alumnus of the strategic leadership program at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Adetoyese Oyedun
Senior Consultant
Adetoyese Oyedun has over a decade of research, technical and project management experience across different post-secondary institutions, energy, public service and financial industry. In these roles, he has been involved in several projects including renewable and conventional energy management, waste management, sustainability & impact assessment, policies & strategy development.
He has also worked with various clients and collaborated with diverse teams in countries as Canada, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, Malaysia, and Germany to develop technologies, policies and strategy evaluations.
Dr. Oyedun has an MSc degree with DIC in Advanced Chemical Engineering with Process Systems Engineering from the Imperial College London, UK and a PhD in Chemical Engineering with Energy Concentrations from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong.
